We require a 3-night minimum stay for all bookings.
We love animals, but to protect the cabin and future guests, no pets please. If you have questions about your specific situation, reach out before booking.
Loontown sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 queen beds. Please don’t exceed this without checking with us first.
No smoking inside the cabin. You’re welcome to smoke outside — we just ask that cigarette butts be disposed of carefully.
Loontown is a quiet lakeside retreat. No large events or parties. Small gatherings of family or friends within capacity are welcome.
Cancellation terms are set through Airbnb and VRBO and apply to bookings made on those platforms. For direct inquiries, we’ll let you know our terms when you reach out.
Please keep things quiet between 10 PM and 8 AM out of respect for neighbors and the loons.
